2. Use of Service

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

5.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

• We may retry up to 3 times
• You will be notified
• Your account may be downgraded

5.5 No Hidden Charges

We do not apply hidden fees or automatic upgrades.

6. Refund Policy

• No partial refunds for unused time
• Access continues until end of billing cycle after cancellation
• Refunds may be considered only for billing errors or unauthorized charges

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and AI systems are owned by SpendWise AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.2 Financial Disclaimer

SpendWise provides analytical tools and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only.

8.3 AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Users must independently verify all financial decisions.

8.4 Data Responsibility

While we implement safeguards, we do not guarantee data preservation. Users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their data.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid in the past 12 months

8.6 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime.

We integrate third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party failures, API changes, or data breaches on external systems.

9. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Karnataka, India.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration/courts. Class action claims are waived.
